No Refund Policy
1. General Policy: All beat sales made on EatSomeBeats.com are final. We do not issue refunds for any digital products, including but not limited to beats and music files, once the purchase is made.

2. Understanding Our Products: We encourage our customers to thoroughly listen to the provided audio previews, read the descriptions, and understand the licensing options before making a purchase. This will help ensure that the selected beats meet your creative needs.

3. Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you encounter technical issues or receive a defective product, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 24 HOURS of the purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, correct and provide you with a replacement product or a credit for future purchases.

4. Unauthorized Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback with their bank or payment provider after purchasing our products, it will be considered a breach of this policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a $50 Fee, and possibly suspend access to our services and products for the customer until the chargeback is resolved.

5. License Exchanges: We understand that individual circumstances may vary. If you have mistakenly purchased a license for the wrong beat, please contact us within 3 days of the purchase. We may, at our discretion, allow you to exchange the license for the correct beat of equal or lesser value.
